Try out rowing with Curlew on 9th September 2018
If you would like to try out rowing but aren’t ready to commit to a full Learn to Row course, Curlew’s Taster Day is for you!
Participants will be able to chat to Curlew’s members about the club and rowing as a hobby, as well as taking part in four sessions throughout the day:
- Sculling on Royal Albert Dock
- Rowing in the only indoor 8 seat sweep/sculling powered tank in the UK
- Indoor rowing machine technique
- Full body circuits
