Finally after so many months of lockdown, small boats only and then experienced rowers…we have finally managed to get our new bunch of learn to rowers out on the docks! They all seemed to really enjoy themselves and it gave them a reminder of what they all signed up to 6 months ago.
Coach Alex was pleased with the progress made, and our Learn to Row coordinator Charlie was incredibly happy to get the rowers out. Its been a long year, this crop of rowers signed up for our February course, and have missed out – like every other boat club, on the summer season. Still, green shoots of recovery! Exciting times ahead for this bunch of rowers.
