Coming through thick and fast on our Curlew B rundown we arrive at three seat, Dominic Wong. He’s nothing like the stereotype, as a well rounded technical type who folk love having in their boat! Here’s what austere Men’s Captain Ben had to say about him:
‘Dom’s hoping to see success this year, his second Henley qualifying race with Curlew.
He boasts the smoothest finish in East London and embodies just getting on with it in the boat more than anyone else in the squad.
Friday will be the third biggest event of the summer for Dom. The week after Henley he’s in Bratislava for his stag and is then tying the knot. Buzzing to hear some more scarcely believable stories!
