Curlew Rowing Club is well known for its successful learn to row courses. We have introduced hundreds of people to the wonderful sport of rowing with many rowers becoming key members of our top racing crews. We had our first Head of the River Pennant winner last year Scott Bramley who learnt to row at Curlew in 2013.

Our courses are open to everyone, but ideally we are looking to meet people who enjoy being active, being outdoors and working hard. Rowing is a demanding sport, both technically and physically, but the rewards for putting in the hours are amazing. Hours in the gym or cold mornings on the docks are soon forgotten when crossing a finish line first.
