If you are experienced and wish to cox at Curlew we would love to hear from you. Both our men’s and women’s squads have reached Henley in recent years in coxed boats and our squads are set to grow even larger and more successful.
We are always keen to hear from novice coxes or even people who may wish to give coxing a go. Curlew will endeavour to provide full training, equipment and coaching throughout the year to any potential new coxing members.
Curlew coxes meet informally (generally over dinner and wine) at regular intervals throughout the rowing season to discuss tips, safety issues and share coxing experiences with each other (and moan about certain rowers).
